General:

1. All orders must be shipped to a street address. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted. Noveya assumes responsibility for shipping to the address which was stated in the order.
2. Noveya will promptly advise items not available at time of ordering and whenever possible, alternatives will be offered. Alternative items will not be shipped without the buyer's prior approval in each case.
3. Noveya is not responsible for delays caused by "force majeure" like wars, terror attacks and strikes.
   

Shipping times and Prices:

1. Standard shipping is via Registered Air mail and the Express shipping is via EMS.
2. All goods are shipped within 3 working days.
3. Packages under 2 kilo can be sent via Air mail or EMS , over 2 kilo EMS only.
4. All worldwide shipments are priced according to the weight of your shipment.

Registered air mail shipping (priced according to the Israeli postal office):
May take up to 14 working days to arrive.
 

• 1st 500gr. - $5.50
• Every additional 500gr. - $5.50

Note that we add 50gr. to the total weight for shipping material.
Over 2.0Kg the system selects Express shipping automatically.

Express shipping (priced according to the Israeli postal office):
May take up to 5 working days to arrive.
 

• 1st 1Kg - $18.50
• Every additional Kg. - $5.50

Shipping in Israel is $5.50 per package.

1. To most countries we can provide a tracking number, which will help customer to track the package.
